1 قبول الشروط Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لمنصة دايتلي (dietly.net)، سواء كأخصائي تغذية أو كمريض، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام المنصة فوراً.

By using the Dietly platform (dietly.net), whether as a nutrition specialist or as a patient, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2 وصف الخدمة Service Description

دايتلي منصة إدارة تغذية رقمية تتيح للأخصائيين إدارة مرضاهم، وتصميم الخطط الغذائية، ومتابعة التقدم الصحي. المنصة أداة تنظيمية وتواصلية فحسب، وليست مزوداً لخدمات طبية أو تشخيصية.

Dietly is a digital nutrition management platform that enables specialists to manage their patients, design meal plans, and track health progress. The platform is an organizational and communication tool only, and is not a provider of medical or diagnostic services.

توليد تقارير PDF للحميات الغذائية | PDF generation for meal plans

3 أهلية الاستخدام Eligibility

يُشترط لاستخدام المنصة ما يلي:

أن يكون المستخدم قد بلغ 18 عاماً من العمر | User must be 18 years of age or older
بالنسبة للأخصائيين: التحقق من الأهلية المهنية وتقديم المستندات المطلوبة | For specialists: professional eligibility verification and required document submission
بالنسبة للمرضى: الحصول على دعوة من أخصائي مسجل في المنصة | For patients: receiving an invitation from a registered specialist on the platform
الموافقة على شروط الاستخدام وسياسة الخصوصية | Agreement to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

4 حسابات المستخدمين User Accounts

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تجري تحت حسابك. يجب إخطار المنصة فوراً في حال الاشتباه بأي وصول غير مصرح به.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the platform immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized access.

5 الاستخدام المقبول Acceptable Use

أي نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي | Any illegal or fraudulent activity
انتهاك خصوصية المرضى أو الأخصائيين | Violation of patients' or specialists' privacy
نشر معلومات طبية مضللة أو خاطئة | Publishing misleading or false medical information
الوصول غير المصرح به إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين | Unauthorized access to other users' data
أي استخدام يخالف القوانين المحلية المعمول بها | Any use that violates applicable local laws

6 إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية Medical Disclaimer

دايتلي ليست مزوداً للخدمات الطبية أو التشخيصية. المحتوى المقدم عبر المنصة من قِبل الأخصائيين هو على مسؤوليتهم المهنية الكاملة وحدهم. في حالات الطوارئ الطبية، يجب الاتصال بالخدمات الطارئة فوراً.

Dietly is NOT a provider of medical or diagnostic services. Content provided through the platform by specialists is solely their professional responsibility. In medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately.

7 تحديد المسؤولية Limitation of Liability

لن تكون منصة دايتلي مسؤولة عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها، أو عن أي نصيحة غذائية يقدمها الأخصائيون عبر المنصة.

Dietly platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, or from any nutritional advice provided by specialists through the platform.

8 الملكية الفكرية Intellectual Property

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالمنصة، بما في ذلك التصميم والكود والشعار والمحتوى التسويقي، مملوكة لمنصة دايتلي. المحتوى الذي يُنشئه المستخدمون (الحميات، الملاحظات، التقارير) يبقى ملكاً لصاحبه.

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including design, code, logo, and marketing content, are owned by Dietly. User-generated content (diets, notes, reports) remains the property of its creator.

9 إنهاء الخدمة Termination

تحتفظ المنصة بحق تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يُشكّل خطراً على مستخدمين آخرين، وذلك بإشعار مسبق أو دون إشعار في الحالات الجسيمة.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or poses a risk to other users, with prior notice or without notice in serious cases.

10 تعديل الشروط Changes to Terms

تحتفظ دايتلي بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل المنصة. استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد الإخطار يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط المحدّثة.

Dietly reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
