هذه الصفحة تشرح آلية حذف حساب المريض داخل تطبيق دايتلي للجوال (iOS/Android) — وهي متاحة للاطلاع بلا حاجة لتسجيل الدخول. تطبيق الجوال مخصص للمرضى فقط؛ الأخصائيون يستخدمون دايتلي عبر الويب ولهم سياسة إدارة حساب منفصلة.
This page explains how a patient account is deleted inside the Dietly mobile app (iOS/Android), and is accessible without signing in. The mobile app is for patients only; specialists use Dietly via the web and have a separate account policy.
- افتح تطبيق دايتلي وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
- من الصفحة الشخصية، افتح الإعدادات.
- اختر حذف الحساب، واقرأ التحذيرات المعروضة.
- أكّد الحذف مرتين (تأكيد مزدوج) — الحذف يبدأ فوراً بعد التأكيد الأخير.
Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account → confirm twice. Deletion begins immediately after the final confirmation.
الحذف فوري ونهائي — لا توجد فترة سماح أو إمكانية للتراجع أو استرجاع الحساب لاحقاً، حتى لو كانت لديك باقة متابعة فعّالة وقت الحذف.
- بياناتك الصحية (الطول، الوزن، الأمراض المزمنة، الحساسيات، الأدوية، الأهداف) تُحذف نهائياً.
- سجلات الوزن وسجلات الوجبات والالتزام بالخطة الغذائية تُحذف نهائياً.
- التقارير الطبية المرفوعة (ملفات وصور) تُحذف نهائياً من التخزين.
- محادثاتك مع أخصائيك تُحذف نهائياً — لا يبقى أي أرشيف لدى المنصة أو الأخصائي.
- طلبات الباقات وحالتها تُحذف نهائياً من واجهتك وواجهة الأخصائي.
Deletion is immediate and final — no grace period, no undo, even with an active follow-up package. Health data, weight logs, meal logs, uploaded medical reports, and chat history are permanently deleted; no chat archive is kept by the platform or the specialist.
السجل المالي مع أخصائيك | Financial Record With Your Specialist
يحتفظ الأخصائي بسجل الباقات المطلوبة وإثباتات الدفع المرتبطة بمتابعتك — هي علاقته التجارية المباشرة معك وهو مسؤول عنها. لا يحوي هذا السجل أي محادثة أو ملاحظة صحية.
إثباتات الدفع لدى المنصة | Payment Proofs Held By The Platform
تُعمّى هويتك في بيانات المنصة الداخلية فوراً، وتُحذف ملفات إثبات الدفع المخزنة لدى المنصة خلال 90 يوماً من الحذف.
Your specialist keeps a financial record of requested packages and payment proofs tied to your follow-up — their direct business relationship with you, containing no chat content or health notes. Platform-held payment proof files are deleted within 90 days; your identifiers in internal platform records are anonymized immediately.
إذا كنت مرتبطاً بأخصائي وقت الحذف، يصله بريد إلكتروني يذكر اسمك وتاريخ مغادرتك فقط — بلا أي تفاصيل صحية، بلا أرشيف محادثة، وبلا أي وسيلة للتواصل معك بعد الحذف.
If you had an active specialist relationship, they receive an email stating only your name and departure date — no health details, no chat archive, and no way to contact you afterward.
تنبيه | Warning
حذف الحساب ينهي أي باقة متابعة فعّالة فوراً بلا استرداد عبر هذا المسار. إذا كنت ترغب بمراجعة استرداد قبل الحذف، تواصل مع أخصائيك مباشرة قبل تأكيد الحذف.
Account deletion immediately ends any active follow-up package with no refund through this path. If you want to discuss a refund first, contact your specialist directly before confirming deletion.
يمكنك التسجيل ببريدك الإلكتروني نفسه لاحقاً — لكن الحساب الجديد يبدأ نظيفاً 100%، بلا أي استرجاع لبياناتك أو تاريخك السابق.
You may register again with the same email later, but the new account starts 100% clean — none of your previous data or history is restored.
إذا فقدت الوصول إلى التطبيق (جهاز مفقود، حساب مغلق) وتريد طلب حذف حسابك، راسلنا من بريدك المسجّل على support@dietly.net موضحاً بريد الحساب المطلوب حذفه، وسنتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب وننفّذ الطلب.
If you've lost access to the app and want to request deletion, email us at support@dietly.net from your registered address with the account email to delete; we'll verify ownership and process the request.
