هذه اتفاقية مستخدم نهائي مخصّصة (Custom EULA) بين المستخدم وبين دايتلي، تحكم استخدام تطبيق دايتلي للجوال. هذه الاتفاقية بينك وبين دايتلي وحدها — Apple وGoogle ليسا طرفاً فيها وليس عليهما أي التزام صيانة أو دعم تجاهها.
This is a Custom End User License Agreement between the user and Dietly, governing use of the Dietly mobile app. This agreement is solely between you and Dietly — Apple and Google are not parties to it and have no maintenance or support obligation under it.
يمنحك دايتلي ترخيصاً شخصياً، محدوداً، غير حصري، وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، وفق شروط متجر التطبيقات الذي حمّلت منه التطبيق (App Store أو Google Play) وهذه الاتفاقية. التطبيق مرخّص لك، لا مباع.
Dietly grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app store's usage rules and this agreement. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.
يتيح التطبيق تبادل محتوى بين المستخدمين: رسائل الدردشة مع الأخصائي، التقارير الطبية المرفوعة، وتعليقات المقالات. أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن أي محتوى تنشئه أو ترفعه.
- ممنوع نشر محتوى مسيء، تشهيري، مخالف للقانون، أو ينتهك حقوق طرف آخر.
- لا نتسامح إطلاقاً مع محتوى مسيء (zero tolerance) — نحتفظ بحق إزالة أي محتوى مخالف وتعليق أو إنهاء الحساب المسبِّب دون إشعار مسبق.

The app enables content exchange between users: specialist chat messages, uploaded medical reports, and article comments. You are solely responsible for content you create or upload. Objectionable, defamatory, unlawful, or rights-infringing content is prohibited. We operate a zero-tolerance policy and may remove violating content and suspend or terminate the responsible account without prior notice. Report violations to support@dietly.net.
الخدمات والتوصيات في دايتلي يقدمها أخصائي تغذية مؤهل يتحمل مسؤولية ممارسته المهنية. تتحقق دايتلي من مؤهلات الأخصائيين ووثائقهم قبل تفعيلهم، ولا تقدم تشخيصاً أو علاجاً بنفسها. استشر طبيبك قبل أي قرار صحي.
Services and recommendations on Dietly are provided by a qualified nutrition specialist who bears responsibility for their own professional practice. Dietly verifies specialists' credentials and documents before activation, and does not itself provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult your physician before any health decision.
مدفوعات باقات المتابعة بين المريض والأخصائي تتم حالياً خارج التطبيق (حوالة بنكية مباشرة)، وتخضع لسياسة الاشتراكات المنشورة على الموقع. لا تُعالج هذه المدفوعات عبر أنظمة الشراء داخل التطبيق (In-App Purchase) الخاصة بـApple أو Google.
Follow-up package payments between patient and specialist are currently handled outside the app (direct bank transfer), governed by the published Subscription Policy. These payments are not processed through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems.

Patients can delete their account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). Full details are in the Account Deletion Policy.
التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاره ومحتواه الأساسي ملك لدايتلي ومحمي بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. أنت تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشئه (رسائل، تقارير)، وتمنح دايتلي ترخيصاً محدوداً لتخزينه ومعالجته فقط بقدر ما يلزم لتقديم الخدمة.
The app, its design, branding, and core content are owned by Dietly and protected by intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of content you create (messages, reports), and grant Dietly a limited license to store and process it only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
دايتلي وحدها مسؤولة عن تقديم أي صيانة أو دعم لهذا التطبيق. للتواصل: support@dietly.net. Apple وGoogle ليس عليهما أي التزام بتقديم صيانة أو دعم.
Dietly alone is responsible for providing any maintenance or support for this app. Contact: support@dietly.net. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمان من أي نوع، ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون المعمول به. دايتلي غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق. لا تتحمل Apple ولا Google أي مسؤولية ضمان تجاه التطبيق.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Dietly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Neither Apple nor Google bears any warranty responsibility for the app.
باستخدامك التطبيق، تقرّ بأنك لست موجوداً في بلد خاضع لحظر تجاري من حكومة الولايات المتحدة، ولست مدرجاً في أي قائمة أطراف محظورة أو مقيدة، وتلتزم بالقوانين المعمول بها في بلدك.
By using the app, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, are not on any restricted or denied-party list, and will comply with applicable laws in your country.
أنت تقرّ وتوافق على أن Apple وGoogle، وكل من الشركات التابعة لهما، طرف ثالث مستفيد من هذه الاتفاقية، ولهما الحق في إنفاذ بنودها ضدك كطرف ثالث مستفيد منها.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Google, and their respective subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and each has the right to enforce its terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
يجوز لدايتلي تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق في حال مخالفة هذه الاتفاقية. يمكنك أنت إنهاء الاتفاقية في أي وقت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق، أو بحذف حسابك (للمرضى) عبر المسار الموضح في سياسة حذف الحساب.
Dietly may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate this agreement. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app, or by deleting your account (patients) via the path described in the Account Deletion Policy.
