Before starting your follow-up with your specialist on Dietly, please read this form carefully. It explains the nature of the service, your rights, and your responsibilities.

1 طبيعة الخدمة — دايتلي ليست خدمة طبية Nature of Service — Dietly is NOT a Medical Service

أخصائيك هو المسؤول الوحيد عن جميع النصائح والخطط الغذائية المقدمة لك. دايتلي لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن نتائج المتابعة الصحية.

Your specialist is solely responsible for all advice and meal plans provided to you. Dietly bears no responsibility for health follow-up outcomes.

2 موافقة مشاركة البيانات الصحية Health Data Sharing Consent

أوافق على مشاركة البيانات الصحية التالية مع أخصائيي من خلال المنصة:

البيانات الأساسية: الطول، الوزن، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس | Basic data: height, weight, birth date, gender
البيانات الصحية: الأمراض المزمنة، الحساسيات، الأدوية الحالية | Health data: chronic diseases, allergies, current medications
بيانات المتابعة: سجلات الوزن، التقارير الطبية المرفوعة | Follow-up data: weight logs, uploaded medical reports
الاتصالات: رسائل الدردشة مع الأخصائي | Communications: chat messages with specialist

This health data is classified as sensitive personal data and is protected under applicable data protection laws. It is accessible only to you and your specialist.

3 معالجة البيانات بالذكاء الاصطناعي AI Data Processing

قد تستخدم المنصة تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمساعدة أخصائيك في تحليل تقاريرك الطبية. أفهم وأوافق على أن:

التحليل بالذكاء الاصطناعي أداة مساعدة فقط — ليس تشخيصاً طبياً | AI analysis is a supporting tool only — not medical diagnosis
بياناتي لا تُستخدم لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي | My data is not used to train AI models
يمكنني إلغاء هذه الموافقة في أي وقت | I can withdraw this consent at any time

Dietly is NOT a medical emergency service. In any emergency or life-threatening situation, contact local emergency services immediately.

4 حقوقك Your Rights

تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة | Correct any inaccurate data
طلب حذف بياناتك بالكامل | Request complete deletion of your data
سحب هذه الموافقة في أي وقت (مع العلم أن ذلك قد يعيق استمرار الخدمة) | Withdraw this consent at any time (noting this may prevent service continuity)
التواصل مع دايتلي مباشرة بشأن أي مخاوف تتعلق ببياناتك | Contact Dietly directly regarding any data concerns
